Scott King
Prior to founding K4 Investigations, Scott served as a Lead Global Investigator at Nike Inc., where he performed forensic acquisitions and analysis of devices, backups, and cloud storage to support global investigations. Before joining Nike, he worked as a Digital Crimes Detective for the Albany Police Department, holding roles such as Patrol Officer, General Detective, and Digital Evidence Forensic Examiner. Scott has completed hundreds of hours of digital forensic training and holds the following certifications: Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO), and Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA). He has performed countless digital forensic extractions and examinations across multiple platforms.
Scott King is the owner and president of K4 Investigations, a full-service private digital forensic laboratory based in Corvallis, Oregon. He specializes in digital forensic device extraction and analysis, as well as forensic consultation for criminal and civil defense, corporate investigations, and law enforcement investigations. As a licensed Private Investigator and approved digital forensic expert witness in Oregon, Scott brings extensive experience to his role.

Manage the daily operations of the computer forensic laboratory at the Albany Police Department

Perform onsite triage and lead digital evidence collection efforts during the execution of search warrants.
